Fried Idly

Ingredients

Idly - (20 nos.)
Mustard and curry leaves
Onions - 1 finely chopped
Chilly powder - 1tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2tsp (optional)
Turmeric powder - a pinch
yogurt - 2tbsp

Method

Slice idlies into small cubes mix it with chilly powder, pepper powder and turmeric powder with yogurt.
Deep fry the idly mixture  in oil
heat oil in a pan add mustard curry leaves and onions
once onions are nicely sauted add fried idlies.
Serve hot as a snack.
