Ingredients-

- Green peas
- Carrot
- Beetroot
- Potato
- Rava/semolina
- Onion
- Ginger
- Green chilly
- Curry leaves
- Corriander leaves
- Turmeric powder
- Red chilly powder
- Garam masala
- oil for sauting and for frying
- Cook the vegetables and keep and aside.
- finely chop onion, ginger, green chilly curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- heat oil in a pan saute the above for 3 to 4 min, add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and garam masala.
- mash all the cooked vegetables and mix with the above add little semolina if its sticky.
- form small balls of it and flatten it to desired shape.
- coat it with semolina and keep ready for frying.
- heat oil in a pan for shallow frying.
- once the oil is ready put the patties and fry on both sides.
