Vegetable cutlet

Ingredients-

  1. Green peas
  2. Carrot
  3. Beetroot
  4. Potato
  5. Rava/semolina
  6. Onion
  7. Ginger
  8. Green chilly
  9. Curry leaves
  10. Corriander leaves
  11. Turmeric powder
  12. Red chilly powder
  13. Garam masala
  14. oil for sauting and for frying

  • Cook the vegetables and keep and aside.
  • finely chop onion, ginger, green chilly curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  • heat oil in a pan saute the above for 3 to 4 min, add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and garam masala.
  • mash all the cooked vegetables and mix with the above add little semolina if its sticky.
  • form small balls of it and flatten it to desired shape.
  • coat it with semolina and keep ready for frying.
  • heat oil in a pan for shallow frying.
  • once the oil is ready put the patties and fry on both sides.
