Chicken Special Fry


Ingredients
Chicken - 1/2 kg (cut into medium pieces)
Chilly powder - 2 tsp
ginger - 1 small piece
garlic - 6 nos.
tomato - 1 (small)
green chilly - 2 nos.
corriander leaves - 1/4 cup
curry leaves - 1/4 cup (can use pudhina leaves instead of curry leaves)
Rice flour - 1/4 cup
coconut oil for frying
Salt

Make a paste with chilly powder,ginger,garlic,tomato,green chilly,corriander leaves and curry leaves.
Marinate this with chicken for 30 to 60 mins.
Heat oil in a kadai and fry.
Drain it and garnish it with corriander leaves and tomato slices.
