Ingredients …
1. chicken — 1kg
2. ginger garlic paste — 4 tbsp
3. chilly powder — 1 1/2 tsp
4. turmeric powder — 1/2 tsp
5. oil — as required
7. big onion — 1 cup (sliced as small cubes)
8. tomato — 1 cup (small slices)
9. corriander powder — 3/4 tsp
10. garam masala — 1 tbsp
11. lemon juice — 1 1/2 tbsp
12. pepper powder — 3/4 tsp
13. salt — as required
14. curry leaves — 10 leaves
Method
Marinate chicken with turmeric powder , chilly powder , 1 1/2 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste for half an hour.
heat oil in pan and fry chicken till its brown and keep aside
to the same oil add the curry leaves and onions
once its golden brown add rest of the ginger garlic paste and tomato stir till the oil separates from it
add corriander powder garam masala pepper powder and salt and mix it well
to this add 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice and stir for 5 mins
to this add the fried chicken and mix it for 10 mins add 3/4 cup of water and bring it to boil
stir this occasionally so that it doesn’t stick to bottom
once the masala is mixed with chicken remove it from the flame and garnish it with corriander leaves.
