Mushroom Fry

Ingredients
1. Mushroom - 500 gms
2. onion - 1 cut length wise
3. red chilly powder - 1tsp
4. pepper powder - 1tsp
5. turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
6. garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
7. salt to taste
8. corriander leaves for garnishing

Method

Chop mushroom top to bottom into thin slices to retain the shape of it
heat oil in a kadai add mustard and curry leaves when mustard pop add onion saute until it turns golden brown.
Add mushroom and fry on medium flame for about 6 mins or till all mushroom are brown.
Now add salt , chilly powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. Fry everything for 2 mins.
Garnish with corriander leaves.
