Normal we get porotta made with maida and my father tells that it is not good. But today i wanted to eat porotta so what i did was i made paratha just like our porotta the dough used was atta.
Ingredients
Atta - 1 cup (4-5 parathas)
Oil - 2-3 tbsp
salt as reqd.
water
Method
Take atta in a bowl add oil and mix it to form crumbles
Make the dough by adding water
Make small balls of it and roll it to thin transparent form it wont like the one with maida since atta isn't elastic
Now fold it like the pleets of sari
and roll it to form a ball and roll it in thick
heat a pan and cook the parathas both side apply oil
PS: apply oil while rolling more oil more tastier :)
