Fish Curry

Ingredients
Fish - 500 gms
tomatoes - 4 nos finely chopped
garlic - 4-6 cloves
turmeric powder - 2 tsp
red chilly powder - 2 tbsp
garam masala powder - 1 tbsp
corriander powder - 2 tbsp
salt

Preparation
Clean and cut the fish and marinate it with 1 tsp of turmeric powder,pinch of salt and 1/2 tbsp of chilly powder for 15 mins.
Mix all the masala powder in a glass with water.
Heat oil in a deep bottom pan and shallow fry the fish.Keep it aside.
Add garlic to the oil and saute it. Add the tomatoes and cook till the oil floats on top.
Add the masala mix to it and a cup of water.
Bring it to boil.
Add the fried fish to this and cook it for 3-4 mins.
Serve hot with rice.
