Semiya Payasam

Ingredients
1. broken semiya -1 cup
2. milk - 500 ml
3. sugar - 1 cup
4. ghee - 2 tbsp
5. cashew and kismis as required

Method
Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan fry the semiya till it turns golden brown.
Keep it aside.
Add rest of the ghee to the pan and fry the cashew nuts and kismis keep it aside.
In a deep bottom vessel or pressure cooker boil milk.
Add the fried semiya to the boiling milk and cook it.
Add the sugar to this and stir it till sugar dissolves with the milk.
Remove from the flame.
Add the fried cashew nuts and kismis.
