- Boneless chicken - 500 gm
- egg - 1
- maida - 1.5 tbsp
- cornflour - 1.5 tbsp
- salt - to taste
- chilly chicken masala - 1 tbsp
- onion - 2 medium
- green capsicum - half
- red chilly paste - 1 tbsp
- ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
- tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
- soya sauce - 1 tsp
- oil to fry
Clean and cut the chicken into 1" pieces.
Remove it to a tissue paper to drain of the excess oil.
Add ginger garlic paste , red chilly paste , soya sauce and tomato sauce mix well.
Add salt and water. Bring it to boil.To thicken it add cornflour.
