Chilly Chicken

Ingredients
  1. Boneless chicken - 500 gm
  2. egg - 1
  3. maida - 1.5 tbsp
  4. cornflour - 1.5 tbsp
  5. salt - to taste
  6. chilly chicken masala - 1 tbsp
  7. onion - 2 medium
  8. green capsicum - half 
  9. red chilly paste - 1 tbsp
  10. ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
  11. tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
  12. soya sauce - 1 tsp
  13. oil to fry
Method

Clean and cut the chicken into 1" pieces.
Mix egg in a bowl lightly.
To it add maida, cornflour, salt and chilly chicken masala and mix well.
Marinate the chicken in this mix.
Cut the capsicums and onions into cubes.
Heat oil for frying in a nonstick pan.
Add the chicken pieces one by one and fry till it is cooked.
Remove it to a tissue paper to drain of the excess oil.
Same oil can be used to saute onion and capsicum. Saute till it turns transparent.
Add ginger garlic paste , red chilly paste , soya sauce and tomato sauce mix well.
Add salt and water. Bring it to boil.To thicken it add cornflour.
Now add the chicken pieces and cook well.

Serve it with boiled rice or chapathi.
