Soya chunks curry

Ingredients
  1. Soya chunks - 1 cup soaked for 8 hrs
  2. onion
  3. tomato
  4. ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  5. turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  7. jeera - 1 tsp
  8. salt
Preparation
  1. pressure cook the soya chunks for 2 whistle in salt water and let it stand till the pressure goes off.
  2. drain the water and run cold water through it.
  3. in a wok heat oil and sputter jeera.
  4. saute onion till it is transparent.
  5. add ginger and garlic paste and saute well.
  6. add tomato, turmeric powder and red chilly powder and saute well.
  7. now add the soya chunks to it and mix well so that the masala make a coating.
  8. add salt as required and mix.
Soya chunks curry is ready to serve.
IT tastes better with chapathi or naan.
