Ingredients
- Flour 225gm
- Butter 250gm
- Sugar 250gm
- Egg 5
- Baking powder 1tsp
- Milk 50ml
- Oil 3tblsp
- Vanilla essence 1tsp
- Cocoa powder 3tblsp
Preparation
Preheat oven 180°c
Sieve together flour and baking powder in a bowl.
In another bowl cream butter and sugar to smooth.
Break the eggs beat it add vanilla essence and mix well.
Add this to butter and sugar mix little by little.
Mix it to smooth.
Add milk and mix.
Combine cocoa powder and oil to make a thick paste.
Add 1/4th batter to this and mix well.
Grease the would with butter and spread some flour everywhere. Remove the excess flour from the mould.
Pour 1/4th of the vanilla batter to the mould and spread evenly.
Pour the chocolate batter on top of it.
Pour the remaining batter. Spread evenly.
With a fork fold the mixture in circular form.
Bake for 30-40min in oven.
Remove cool and demould.
Slice and serve.
