Using green Brinjal a simple dish can be prepared. It's easy and can be had with rice or chapati.

- Brinjal 2 to 3 nos
- Onion 1big
- Green chilly 3
- Salt to taste
- Oil 2tablespoon
Method
Cut the Brinjal into thin long pieces (1"inch).
Slice the onion
Slit the green chillies
Heat a kadai add oil saute onion until it's transparent.
Add the green chilly. Saute well.
Now add the Brinjal. Saute well add salt.
Add 1 spoon little water and cover it with a lid and cook.
This can be had with rice or chapati.
