Ingredients
- 240gm all purpose flour
- 140gm butter
- 100gm powdered sugar
- 1tablespoon tutti fruity
- 1 tspn vanilla essence and 1 tspn pineapple essence(optional)
- beat butter and sugar together till fluffy and smooth
- mix in the essence
- sift in the flour to the butter and sugar mix
- mix the dough if its thick add milk and kneed
- donot give pressure while kneeding
- we should be able to make balls out from the dough without breaking. Then our cookie dough is ready.
- Now divide the dough into 2 parts. Shape it into long rectangular cylinder. wrap in a cling film and refrigerate to set.
- grease the tray using for baking. Cut the cookies in half inch thickness and arrange.
- sprinkle some tutti fruity on it and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree c for 45 min or till done.
- cool it and transfer to a wire rack and let it cool in room temperature.
- store in an air tight container
